About Chef Scotley
From hotel kitchens to primetime television — and now, a growing culinary empire rooted in culture, hospitality, and elevated Jamaican-American cuisine.
A New York native with Jamaican roots, Chef Scotley Innis developed his culinary foundation across luxury hospitality, Southern cuisine, French technique, and Caribbean comfort food traditions.
His experience spans some of Atlanta's premier restaurants and hospitality destinations, national television appearances including Hell's Kitchen and Chopped, and now ownership of Continent Brooklyn and ALIYA Cocktail Den at Hotel Indigo Williamsburg — while leading the culinary program for seasonal waterfront restaurant, Six Coasts by Smorgasburg in New York City.
Heritage is the recipe. Technique is the discipline. Hospitality is the ceremony.
Today, his platform extends far beyond the kitchen: restaurants, cultural hospitality experiences, media, partnerships, and culinary storytelling shaped by flavor, identity, and connection.
